| Arising Storm monitors our networks and systems that host our games servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not monitor individual games servers at all times. Customers must notify us as soon as possible if their server is down by placing a ticket in the members control panel or contacting us via email at support@arisingstorm.com. Uptime for network servers is 99.9% but games are liable to crash and all games servers must remain compliant with our Terms and Conditions of service at all times. |
| All payments are due before service is rendered and payments are expected on or before your next bill date. By ordering services from Arising Storm, you are agreeing to recurring billing. You may change or upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. Additional fees may apply for upgrades if you are in between billing cycles. |
| You may cancel service at anytime by submitting a cancellation request via the cancel link from the members account page. You must cancel no later than 3 days before your next billing date. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations made after your billing date. Your service will continue until the billing cycle is complete. |
| New customers may cancel within 72 hours for any reason, and we will reimburse your monthly fee less $20.00 for game servers, and an additional $5.00 for voice servers. If cancellation of service is requested after 72 hours, no refunds will be issued. |
| You are responsible for keeping your username and password secret. You must immediately notify us if you have any reason to believe their security has been breached. Arising Storm is not responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password. |
| Arising Storm reserves the right to inspect any game or voice server to ascertain whether they are in violation of the terms and conditions of service. Max player limits must not be violated and other abuse of the system could result in termination of service. |
| You may not use bots, ping boosters, cheats, hacks, unauthorized mods, data mining or similar data gathering or extraction tools or our servers or any of our services. You also may NOT advertise an IP of another server in your in-game messages unless we host that IP. |
| You may not violate copyright, circumvent encryption, alter code, use any virus, hack, attack or interfere with our systems or service in any way. Any of these violations may result in termination of service and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the applicable law. |
| All users of our service are responsible for their files and content of their servers. FTP access is not to be used to run a file site or for file storage. Arising Storm is not responsible for the files in your game server directories after your game server account is activated. |
| You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if we do not maintain 95% uptime for any billing cycle, or if we are unable to unable to resolve service related issues that are a result of no fault of your own. You will find ping times more enjoyable on our Tier-1 network, but we do not issue refunds on latency-related issues. The Internet is a vast network of data fiber and it would be impossible for anyone to guarantee Internet ping times. We will always strive to bring you the highest quality bandwidth possible. |
| Failure to comply with all current and future Terms of Service will result in termination of your account and/or service interruption. We will immediately terminate your server if we find it is in violation of our Terms of Service. The server will remain shut down until the account holder ensures us his/her game server will comply with our Terms of Service. If a user has excessive violations, then his/her account will be terminated without refund. |
